The First [Motorcycle] Love Is The Deepest
It's one of two motorcycles. It's one that either handles and has a whole lot of horsepower, is very agile, and you can really throw it into corners or it's old and it makes lots of noise and rattles and vibrates and bounces down the highway.
Hey, my name's Justin Pogue. I'm from Phoenix, Arizona and Alaska. I commute a lot. I enjoy motorcycles and I live to ride.
All right, so one of my favorite motorcycles obviously all motorcycles are different and they all have aspects, pros and cons and things you like or don't like about them. For me it's very diverse. It's one of two motorcycles. It's one that either handles and has a whole lot of horsepower, is very agile, and you can really throw it into corners or it's old and it makes lots of noise and rattles and vibrates and bounces down the highway. For me, honestly, probably, one of my favorite bikes was a Sportster that I picked up brand new. It was a 2000, Sportster 8-83, bone stock standard bike. And at the time I was a parts and sales associate.
And so I bought a complete new motor cams, carburetor, heads, cylinders, pistons, and the whole nine yards. Redid all the suspension and the brakes on the bike, put clip on handlebars, rear set controls on it and turned it into a little cafe racer. A super fun had about 110 horsepower and only weighed minimal. It was super chopped down and just a wheelie machine and just really could throw it into corners, similar to what we refer to as a crotch rocket. But it was a cafe style and a really super fun roll into corners. Go allow straight stretches, stop light to stop light, is one of the funnest bikes ever.
